Time: 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm
Venue: El Chido, Pullman Singapore Hill Street, 1 Hill Street, Singapore 179949

Event timings, programming and entry arrangements may be adjusted where reasonably necessary for operational, safety or regulatory reasons.

Tickets and admission

A valid event ticket must be presented for admission by every guest. For table reservations, the table holder will be emailed the tickets for their party.

Each ticket is valid for one person and may be scanned only once. Duplicated, altered, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised tickets may be cancelled without refund.

Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a table or reserved seating. These must be booked and confirmed separately.

Admission remains subject to venue capacity, security checks, these Terms and Conditions, and the reasonable discretion of SPIRIT and El Chido management.

Age requirement

This is an 18+ event. All guests must be aged 18 or above on the event date. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at entry. Guests who cannot provide acceptable proof of age when requested may be refused admission without refund.

Alcohol and identification

No alcohol may be purchased, supplied to or consumed by anyone under 18.

Guests may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification when purchasing or consuming alcohol. Any alcoholic drink or alcohol-related benefit included with a ticket or table package may be redeemed only by a guest aged 18 or above.

Venue staff may refuse alcohol service to anyone who is intoxicated or whose behaviour creates a safety concern.

Table reservations

Table reservations are subject to separate booking conditions, including the confirmed guest capacity, minimum spend, arrival time and payment requirements communicated when the reservation is made.

A table reservation does not automatically include event admission unless this is expressly stated in the booking confirmation.

Refunds, transfers and unused tickets

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable if a guest:

  • Changes their mind or can no longer attend.

  • Arrives late or does not attend.

  • Is affected by personal circumstances, illness, transport disruption or travel arrangements.

  • Is refused admission or removed for breaching these Terms, venue rules or applicable law.

  • Chooses not to attend because of rain or other weather conditions while the event proceeds.

Tickets may not be resold for profit or used for competitions, promotions or commercial purposes without SPIRIT’s written approval. Any permitted ticket transfer or name change must be completed through the official ticketing platform or approved by SPIRIT.

Rain or shine

This is a rain-or-shine event. The event is expected to proceed in wet weather, and no refund will be issued because of rain, heat, haze or other weather conditions if the event continues.

For safety reasons, SPIRIT or the venue may temporarily suspend activities, delay the programme, restrict access to the pool, move activities to a sheltered part of the venue or make other reasonable operational changes. These measures do not constitute cancellation of the event.

Guests should dress appropriately for the conditions and take reasonable care when walking near wet or slippery surfaces.

Postponement or cancellation

If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the replacement date. Ticket holders will be notified using the contact details provided when booking.

If the event is cancelled in full and is not rescheduled, the original purchaser will receive a refund of the ticket price paid. Any separately disclosed ticketing or payment processing fees will be handled according to the ticketing platform’s applicable refund policy.

SPIRIT will not be responsible for additional costs such as transport, accommodation, meals or other personal expenses arising from a postponement, cancellation or programme change.

Changes to the advertised line-up, performance times, programme or event layout do not constitute cancellation and will not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Smoking, vaping and re-entry

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within El Chido or the event area.

Guests wishing to smoke must leave El Chido and use only the designated smoking area identified by Pullman Singapore Hill Street. Guests will be issued a wristband upon entry as proof of admission and re-entry.

Re-entry after visiting the designated smoking area is subject to security checks, venue capacity and compliance with staff instructions. Guests who leave without following the required procedure may be refused re-entry.

Vaporisers, electronic cigarettes and related products are prohibited. Possession or use may result in removal from the event and referral to the appropriate authorities.

Pool use and guest safety

Use of the swimming pool is subject to availability, weather conditions and all instructions issued by El Chido or Pullman Singapore Hill Street. Complimentary use of towels will be provided by El Chido.

Guests using the pool must:

  • Follow all posted pool rules and staff instructions.

  • Wear appropriate swimwear.

  • Avoid running, diving, pushing or unsafe behaviour.

  • Keep glassware and other breakable items away from the pool.

  • Avoid entering the pool when intoxicated or medically unfit to swim.

Management may restrict or close the pool at any time for safety, operational or weather-related reasons. Restricted or unavailable pool access does not entitle guests to a refund if the event otherwise proceeds.

Prohibited items

Guests must not bring the following into the event:

  • Outside food or beverages, except where required for medical reasons and approved by the venue.

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances.

  • Vaporisers, electronic cigarettes or related products.

  • Weapons, fireworks, flammable materials or dangerous objects.

  • Glass bottles or other items that could create a safety risk.

  • Professional photography, video or recording equipment without prior written approval.

  • Any other item prohibited by the venue or considered unsafe by security personnel.

Bags and belongings may be inspected as a condition of entry.

Conduct and right of refusal

SPIRIT is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behaviour, violence, unwanted physical contact, verbal abuse, illegal activity and deliberate disruption will not be tolerated.

Guests must treat other attendees, artists, venue staff, suppliers and security personnel with respect and comply promptly with reasonable instructions.

SPIRIT and venue management may refuse admission or remove anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, behaving unsafely, breaching these Terms or failing to follow venue instructions. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Photography and filming

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for security, documentation, publicity and promotional purposes.

By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in crowd photographs or recordings. Guests who do not wish to be featured prominently should inform the registration team upon arrival. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, although exclusion from wide crowd shots cannot be guaranteed.

Guests may take personal photographs and short videos provided they respect the privacy and enjoyment of others. Commercial recording or professional equipment requires prior written approval.

Personal belongings and liability

Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings. SPIRIT, El Chido and Pullman Singapore Hill Street will not be responsible for property that is lost, stolen, damaged or left unattended, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests attend and participate in event activities, including swimming, according to their own ability and judgement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising directly from proven negligence where applicable.

Guests must immediately report accidents, injuries, hazards or security concerns to event or venue staff.

Personal information

Personal information collected through the ticketing process will be used to administer bookings, process payments, manage admission, communicate essential event information and handle postponements or refunds.

Marketing communications will be sent only where the recipient has separately consented or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

The ticketing platform’s own privacy policy and transaction terms also apply to purchases made through its service.

Applicable rules and governing law

Guests must comply with Singapore law and all reasonable rules and instructions issued by SPIRIT, El Chido, Pullman Singapore Hill Street, security personnel and relevant authorities.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
